  • 1/2 pineapple, cored

  • 3 mint leaves (plus more for garnish)

  • 2 Quarts lime sparkling water

  • 800 ml soda water cold (1 cup = 240 ml)

  • 2 tablespoons rose water * optional

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1 1/2-2 ounces vodka omit to make a mocktail!

8. PINEAPPLE GINGER KOMBUCHA

  • pineapple juice

  • lemon juice

  • maple syrup

  • a lemon

  • ginger-flavoured store-bought kombucha

  • orange liqueur: like Triple Sec or Gran Marnier (optional. Skip to keep this drink non-alcoholic.)

  • rosemary: fresh, to rim the glass and for garnish

  • cane sugar: or granulated sugar (to rim the glass)




9. KIWI MOJITO

  • Lemon- 1 big

  • Honey- 2-3 tablespoons

  • Soda water- 300ml-2 nos

  • Ice cubes- as required
